This is an excellent ball bearing block although it often gets overlooked.

Whilst its specification figures are not the highest & it perhaps looks dated never the less it is a strong enough, more robust & less susceptible to damage than many of the newer blocks so keeps working in circumstance when some of the others might not...

Blocks with bigger sheave diameters tend to be more efficient than blocks with smaller sheave diameters.
